The line of bars I Classici was created in 1998 from the selection of precious cocoa beans: a collection dedicated to the art of blending, which searches for iconic and very distinctive profiles.
Toscano Black 80 is a warm, velvety and intense blend created from the refined union of Ghana, Madagascar, Venezuela and Grenada beans. This extra dark chocolate expressed at 80% is characterized by a perfectly round and balanced taste. Despite the high percentage of cocoa, it is a surprisingly sweet chocolate with enduring secondary aromas.
