The line of bars I Classici was created in 1998 from the selection of precious cocoa beans: a collection dedicated to the art of blending, which searches for iconic and very distinctive profiles. Today the line is renewed with the first Amedei cocoa mass, which enhances the purity of cocoa and the refined blending.
Toscano Black 100 is a round blend, characterized by a mild acidity balanced with secondary aromas, revealing the elegant pureness of the cocoa bean. Obtained by the refined union of Ghana, Madagascar, Ecuador and Grenada beans, the lingering taste of this cocoa mass leaves the palate clean and satisfied.
